entitys.io Horizon – Full migration

The Horizon UI fundamentally redefines the use of entitys.io: even more intuitive, faster and more convenient. It marks our step towards a completely headless system and gives our customers maximum flexibility and efficiency when using our platform.

Universal Connector

The Universal Connector takes flexibility in data management to a new level. As the successor module to the rule set, it enables the seamless import and export of data, including transformations, functions and dependencies. At the same time, product data can be effortlessly listed on marketplaces – making manual adjustments to files a thing of the past.

DAM Update

With the DAM update, we are integrating a fully functional digital asset management (DAM) system directly into our PIM. It includes object storage, a download portal, a flexible folder structure, deep links and CDN functionality. Thanks to the direct connection to the PIM, our customers can manage their digital assets centrally and distribute them efficiently – without additional interfaces or external systems.

Workflows

With the new workflow feature, we enable a variety of automated actions based on predefined triggers. This allows recurring tasks and processes to be controlled flexibly and executed efficiently – from the automatic updating of product data and notifications to the targeted adaptation of content. This saves time, minimizes sources of error and increases efficiency in day-to-day work with our PIM.

Tasks

With our new task management feature, we are introducing efficient task management directly in the PIM. Tasks can be linked to specific products so that all relevant information is bundled in one place. The integrated inbox also provides a clear overview of all products and tasks to be processed – so no important steps are left unfinished and team collaboration is significantly simplified.
