Lack of transparency and accessibility of ESG data in digital channels

ESG data is becoming increasingly important for investors, business partners and customers – especially in the area of sustainable procurement. However, like many other manufacturers, Fristads has often only provided this data in the form of information brochures or data sheets.

For major customers who rely on digital channels and platforms, this meant that this essential information could not be taken into account in their purchasing decisions. This limited the visibility and usability of Fristads’ sustainability efforts and made it difficult for customers to make an informed, sustainable choice.

With this traditional approach, the full potential of ESG data remained largely untapped, as its usability and accessibility in digital processes was not optimally guaranteed.

Customers who prefer sustainable products can now filter for them directly without having to resort to external sources.
