With entitys.io as a central spare parts management repository, a site can benefit significantly. Our solution offers a lean, browser-based interface that can process the material master data provided from SAP via IDOC as well as maintenance orders, reservations and stock bookings.

During implementation, additional interface features can be requested and added to entitys.io, making it even easier for maintenance to work efficiently.

Thanks to entitys.io‘s flexible data model and headless architecture, all requirements can be implemented in a cost-efficient and stable manner.

Compared to an SAP only approach, we are significantly faster with entitys.io in material maintenance, warehouse booking and work order management. And the great thing is that everything is still mirrored in SAP.
